sheesh i didn't update cause it was my two days off, so i sat around the house and picked my ass. and you bet your sweet bippy picking your ass is about as much fun as it really sounds.

but i worked today..my first 'full' shift as a normal waiter. how'd i do?

as much as i'd love to lie and say it was flawless..it was far from it.

for some reason i didn't get clocked in as a waiter, and thus the two tables i had waited on didn't get their food for a while. so i had to run around and get that fixed, but in the process i totally forgot about a table and felt like a retard when i finally got to them.

then to top that off, not only once, but twice i rung in the wrong food. instead of a soup and salad [which they wanted] i put in a soup and sammich. or vice-versa. so thankfully both times it happened both people were quite nice about it and still managed to leave me a decent tip.

but..while i did make some nice tips, it's not nearly as much as i was hoping/wishing for. i only made like 25 bucks..i think mainly cause it's the morning..so pretty soon, once i get my shit together and known, i'm gonna switch to nights and try to earn the "big bucks"..

so oh yes. i'm a gotdamned retarded waiter. but as someone said while i was freaking out "it will get better." if it doesn't..holy shit am i screwed.
