the colorado department of motor vehicles can bite my shiny metal ass. in virginia i can go on a website, check my registration for my car, update it if i want; register a new license plate; renew an old one; basically everything i could do at the office i can do online.can you do that for colorado? hells no. the colorado dmv site looks like it was made by a 10 year old and has nothing online you can register/check for. i mean is it so much that i want to check and see if "arsnl fc" is already on someone's license plate or not!?
i mean i'm not even totally sure what exactly i have to do when i move so that i can get a new license, license plate and/or tags.
but i'm already damned sure i want "arsnl fc" as my license plate. and i want to make one of those license-plate holders i used to always see in thepapers and have it say "Football's finest since 1886"
here's something interesting. i was checking up on the city-stats for my area, and aurora, and here's what they say about the crime index
Crime Index* 32 165
now that first number is for fairfax, the 2nd one is for aurora. so fairfax has 32% of the nat'l crime average, whereas aurora has 165% of the nat'l crime average. no fucking wonder then that all the cops do in this area is give speeding tickets cause hello what the hell else are they supposed to do.either way i'm super psyched and can't wait to go. that said tomorrow libby's moving to nc so the other day we were comparing the different feelings. we're both excited as hell, but think it's going to be weird to not be coming back home to our street for once.
