just thought whoever reads this should know. they're nice but man i'm still tired after taking one..mebbe it'll wear off.

anyways i actually went out running today, and then lifted some weights. It actually felt really good to be panting and whatnot. but it also made me realize i'm so out of fucking shape it's not even funny..oh well guess it's time to work out and then get INTO shape.

and i see that people are actually using my little message board thing..THANK YOU SO MUCH to all that are. you guys rock. and to those that aren't. you suck go in there and fill stuff out!

ok i'm done for now..think i may go find a ham'n cheese samich!

oh and jessiluve is too seksay for good guys to date her. So all you good guys in california..go out and find her..AND TREAT HER NICE! i would but i'm all the way over here in virginia..so ah can't..BUT YOU NICE GUYS IN CALIFORNIA CAN! SO GET TO IT!
