i hate sitting on hold for 10 minutes just to get back 25 bucks from orbitz because of my accident,then finally getting through and getting a partial refund of one hotel reservation and then told i hae to call back. and repeat the whole fucking process, i want to strangle someone.

also causing my anger to rise is the simple fact that someone has used my credit-card again this time for 100 bucks. man i sure do hate everyone today.
