there's something to be said for going to a bar and watching a football match with a bunch of other fans. it's almost as good as watching the game live since everyone is yelling and screaming when anything good/bad happens.of course it's not good when you utterly dominate a game [as we did] and can't capitalize on the opportunities you make. but at least it made for a highly entertaining game.
other than that it's amusing to drive around with the roads only partly plowed. you'll be going along on a road that's normally 2 or 3 lanes when one of the lanes suddenly disappears. disconcerting to say the least. plus on the way home from dc i saw one car who had forgotten that you're supposed to avoid the 5 foot tall snow drifts and basically drove his car into it.
yes i do realize i haven't written about anything interesting in way too long, and i'm sorry, jack shit is happening. believe me if something was happening i'd write about it instead of how annoyed i am that thierry henry missed a decent chance on goal and that ashely cole couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. but nothing has happened, so i write about arsenal.
