i dreamt i was coming back from somewhere sorta far away and was on 66 when i saw a cop car sitting on the side of the road already talking to a friend. so i came to a screeching halt, and this one as one of those cartoonish ones where the back end of the car came up in the air and there was lots of smoke everywhere, odd to say the least.

so i get out of my car and i'm talking to my friend when the cop comes over and asks me for my license. i look at him oddly and hand it over asking what's up and he says "i'm getting your for being drunk behind the wheel on monday" and i'm guessing this entire thing happened on the saturday later that week. so i look at him and go "what? what proof do you have i was dui?".

"oh i saw you, you were dui."

"whaat..you can't arrest me for that." and now i start freaking because i thhen remembered that if i get another ticket my licene is suspended for a while so i start trying to find ways that they can't prove i was dui.

shortly after that i woke up, way earlier then normal. and now i really am wondering, can the police really get you for a dui days later if they have no solid proof?
