oh man, i swear it rains for the first time in a few months, and the world forgets how to drive in the rain. i mean tonight, just tonight mind you [and it's been raining all day long] i saw 5 accidents, most of them pretty damned bad. one of them even had a car upside down in a tree, the second worst? was one i just saw 2 miles from my house, it was an s2000 next to a light-pole..facing the wrong way for the road, it's front passenger side tire all folded up underneath the car. and i swear tonight when i was coming home from kb's to go to a party with some hs friends everywhere i turned there was an accident blocking my passage. i mean it was just..weird, and sorta spooky, because i kept getting this image of me inplace of one of the messed up cars, and well..i didn't want to do that. so i ended up driving way defensivly and conservativly the whole night long. which is good for me, considering most of the time as soon as it rains i go crazy and fish-tail whenever i can.
nonetheless most of my day was spent with kb as we did odd things, like try to go to the mall-see there was too much traffic and go back to her house, then we got something to munch on and went to a different mall then the one prior, go back to her place, rent a movie and watch them, and i think by the time we got to watching the second movie we rented it was about 9 and one of my friends from hs called to tell me a bunch of people were going to this one person's house and that i should go. being the fact that i hadn't seen most people for a while i decided to go [also i mean i had been with kb all day long.
now while it was good to see some friends again, being in a place where i felt like we had all reverted to being 10 years old didn't exactly feel good. i mean it's odd to have you friends little brother and sister team up with their older brother to play some people in beer pong, it's just not...right.
and that was basically my day in a nutshell..of course i skipped over some of the boring crap myself and kb did..but that's just because well..i think it's silly to write about that.
oh and that thing yesterday i wanted to write about? i remember what it is. one of my grandma's friends had a diary he wrote in for 3 years straight, and after he died his sons and daughters went and had them printed up into a huge book. and the book is damned interesting, but i keep thinkin, 'what if they do that to me?' i wonder what it'd look like if you tried to make this 'place' into a book..eh oh well, i think i'll live.
i hope tonight i get some better sleep then i've been getting the past few nights. damned cold, damn you straight to hell!
