i woke up this morning after having a dream reminiscent of 1984. except you couldn't say really anything, and yet i continually did. but unlike 1984 i had no women who brought me to the 'dark' side of rebellion, nor did i get punished at all. it's like everyone in my dream just decided to pretend i was even alive, needless to say it was weird. then i thikn somehow the dream turned into some sex-related thing, and what's even more odd then the fact that it went from 1984-esque to a sex-dream, is the fact it was sex related at all. i have almost no sex dreams, i don't know why..i just don't. and i mean starring jess or a girl period. i just don't have'm. yes i'm odd.
and i think jebus decided yesterday was his day to repay me for getting the shaft big-time on friday, as i made in upwards of 70 bucks yesterday..on a sunday night, which needless to say is frickin rare. so i was quite happy with that. plus i had a table at the end of the night who were probably the coolest table i've had in a while. i mean any table that while i'm in the back getting their food i realize that my stomach hurts from laughing so much, has to be the bomb. plus they left me a nice fat tip.
and funninly enough last night during our "oh so not busy time" [which was all night] i was talking to one of our managers who apparently used to live right in the area of baltimore where i used to goto school. and we both agreed that the place is a fucking ghetto, and is so depressing to live there it's not even funny. two big reasons why i left MICA. also related to art it acutally suprised one of our other managers, real nice lady, that i am an "artist" because i was drawing a pair of woman and man eyes on the hostess' seating-board. which then of course lead into "when do you label yourself an 'artist'" discussion.
so yesterday wasn't too bad, i mean making 70 bucks when the store was pretty much f'n dead is sweet in my books. plus this week i just work one day, then a bunch of friends are coming in town for a big LAN convention that's going on all weekend, so needless to say i'm psyched.
