hmm so it's only noon and i've already gone and gotten the new weezer and josh joplin group and they're both good. but i think i wanted the weezer album to be more like their older stuff [aka slower] but poop it's not. only a few songs are. however the jjg album is pretty darn good. thank jebus for mtv2 and playing their video.it's weird driving around on a day like today, the sun's out and it's damned nice, you feel happy no matter what. i mean i'm not having a bad day, but i know that when i do and it's nice like this. going out in my car and driving around for a while will almost always cheer me up. of course it also does help that the music i'm listening to is the proper sort.
again on the topic of music, it seems there are some big shakeups at the everything their last remaining horn playing person has left the band. so now there's no continous horn-player left in the band. which goddamnit is what got me into them in the first place. i feel sort of betrayed..like your kid brother selling you out to your parents. tho actually no, i don't feel betrayed just..sad. because it's seemed lately that the guys in the band are slowly selling out themselves and their (e:) sound to make the bucks. and i can understand needing money, but damnit don't sell out those who've followed you for years and years.

hmm so while i was writing this a certain person im'd me about my diary. now this has happened about 3-4 times. the majority of them [the random IMs about this diary] have been odd. as said people have had the IQ of about 4. mainly i think cause they were probably 12 or something and on AOL and they did the classic aol-speak which just boggles my mind.
anyways onto the topic at hand. that said person im'd me. and we got to talking about random stuff. i'm guessing she found me cause i put 'fairfax' down as where i'm from on the dland directory thing. even tho it's a lie. a white lie!
so we talked, and talked, and talked! she is mad-neato. so everyone and their brother check her out. not only is she local, she's into cars [the good stuff, like open-wheel racing], ska, and other things. oh and also pester her to add a "prior" and "previous" button link on her page so you can go from entry to entry easier!
