i haven't gotten any sort of a cold in a long, long time..so i guess it's about time i got sick. while i should be thankful it's not really sick and instead just the normal cold everyone gets from time to time. but having said that i still feel sick as a dog and weak as a puppy. but somehow i still managed to go out and chill with my friend ian today. we even saw "enemy at the gates" which wasn't bad, but there was a love story in there that totally ruined the mood and had no buisness in there. that and when we first got into the theater we thought it was empty we laughed at how empty it was and planned on having a good ol time by ourselves making comments etc.

then we look around and spot one person WAY up at the back of the theater, laughing at ourselves we still think we can do whatever. suddenly this huge group of old ass people comes in and sits, yup you guessed it, right friggin behind us. but whatever we can live..until they start rolling the previews and after each preview one of them makes a really fucking un-funny comment and the rest laugh, me and ian make random comments to ourselves about them in general so needless to say we couldn't wait for the real movie to start. and as i said it was pretty decent, but the parts where they put in the stupid love story crap just dragged on and on. totally unncessary.

and then i learned today more about jess' surgery, which goes down the 22nd. supposedly she gets there early, goes into some pre-op stuff and then her surgery is supposed to last 2 hours [which is good, the shorter the time under the knife the better] and then she'll have a few hours to rest and recoup herself..and after that she'll be able to have people in to see her. so needless to say thursday i'm gonna be worried..but i know she'll be allright.

oh yea and i'm supposed to work tomorrow..but i'm not sure i'm gonna be any better. i don't exactly want to go into work all sickly and coughing on people's food that wouldn't be what you would call "good"..but we'll see.
