we're getting cable.

yes yes scoff all you want, but we've never, ever, ever had cable in this house, and i thought we never would. see my folks always thought if we actually had cable no one would go outside, which is totally wrong cause growing up all i did was go outside and do crap.

i actually thought last year we were going to get cable, my mom told my dad that his Three Kings present was a satellite system, so i was happy. but nooo it didn't get done cause the siding on the house was all shitty.

but then we got that fixed just recently, but still they were going to drag their feet on it. until earlier this week, when we lost NBC 4, and i mean no television in the entire house could get it. so finally i went "ok mom time for friggin cable we can't get 4 at all" and...suprisingly enough both my mom and dad were in agreement that we needed it.

so i believe tomorrow we're going to go order the dss system.

i just hope the world doesn't blow up before then.
